Pricing, delivery, and returns

The Refund Policy accepts eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges of new goods; a non-defective item must be unused and in original condition. Requests begin within 30 calendar days after delivery, approved returns use the free prepaid label included in the package, and no restocking fee applies. We process and initiate an approved original-payment-method refund within 10 days, while account posting may take longer.
