When is an order prepared?

A quick guide: Normal preparation takes 1–2 business days before dispatch.

How long is transit?

Here is what to expect: Estimated transit is generally 4–6 business days after dispatch.

What can I return?

For clarity: We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges of new products. A non-defective return must be unused and in its original condition, and the request must begin within 30 calendar days after delivery.

How is an approved return mailed?

A quick guide: Contact us for approval first. A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible approved return, and we charge no restocking fee. We then confirm the correct return destination and instructions; exchange fulfillment depends on stock.

When is an approved refund initiated?

Here is what to expect: We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The financial institution may take longer to post it.
